Amazing service and customised candles
I recently purchased a customized candle for my friend’s birthday and I’m really happy with how the candle turned out. It looks just how I imagined it (image courtesy of HyperFlames).
Unfortunately my friend was leaving overseas sooner than I expected. It was my fault that I did not double check with my friend’s departure date. I immediately contacted Thu and they were very helpful with everything and followed up with me every step of the way which I really appreciated.
I’m definitely ordering another one later this year as a birthday gift!

I am sooo happy with my order, and it's such a great idea for a gift. I ordered 6 of these with a pretty complicated order - most of my candles had custom icons. Thu had great and quick communication, and was able to help with my enquiry. When I received my order, they all came out amazingly, and the scents smell great too! My favourite scents were definitely Vanilla Caramel, Guava Passionfruit and Lychee Peony. I can't wait to give these to my friends for Christmas, I highly recommend this product!!!
